Use the designation or model of your printer (for example, Canon Pixma iP4300), to find your accessories, (such as Canon CLI-525) or use the printer manufacturer's order number for the inks or toners (for example 4529B006).

Order and Shipping

You can pay on invoice (Switzerland and Liechtenstein only) or by credit card; other payment methods will follow. Deliveries are made within Switzerland and Liechtenstein by Swiss Post (PostPac Priority) and by DHL in Europe.

Same day delivery

Orders placed before approx. 3 p.m. will be dispatched the same day. Package delivery times are 1-3 days in Switzerland, 2-3 days in Germany and 3-5 days for the rest of the EU.
